The stock returned 25% in 1 month, experts said – 30% more growth is still to come

Pine Labs Target Price: Pine Labs, a payment platform for stock market investors, has become the talk of the town these days. The stock has performed brilliantly in the last one month. During this period, the stock recorded a spectacular gain of over 25 percent. Now leading brokerage firm Motilal Oswal has given good news about this stock. The firm has given ‘Buy’ rating on Pine Labs shares. Also, its target price is Rs. 250 has been fixed. If we look at the current price, this stock has potential to rise by around 30 percent. The brokerage believes that the company’s business model is moving towards big profits very quickly.

Expected bumper jump in profits

Motilal Oswal has high expectations for the future of Pine Labs. The brokerage firm estimates the company’s revenue to grow at a CAGR of 24 percent between fiscal 2026 and 2028. At the same time, its adjusted PAT could see a huge jump of 129 percent. The company’s adjusted EBITDA margin is also improving rapidly. It was just 9 percent in FY 2024, which is expected to increase to 28.7 percent in the next few years. With the implementation of 0.4% MDR on P2M transactions, the company stands to benefit greatly in the long run.

Supporting a strong business model

Pine Labs is a big name in merchant commerce platforms. This company provides excellent facilities from payment acceptance to issuing solutions. The largest portion of the company’s revenue comes from its digital infrastructure (DITP). 68 percent of total revenue comes from here alone. The merchant base of the company has crossed 10 lakh ie 10 lakh. Statistics show that in FY 2026, the company will generate 7.4 billion transactions worth Rs. 17.2 trillion in gross transaction value (GTV) processed. The company is continuously strengthening its business base through acquisitions.

The journey from IPO till now

Pine Labs entered the stock market last year in November 2025. Its IPO price was Rs. 221 was determined. It is Rs. 242, which was a 9.5 percent premium for investors. However, the stock’s performance since listing has been mixed. Year-to-date (YTD), the stock is down nearly 16 percent. But the stock has made a huge comeback in recent times. The stock has returned more than 6 percent in the last one week. The 25.74 percent gain in one month clearly shows that the confidence of smart investors is returning to this stock.
