According to him, he was called for an interview about eight times, but each time the appointment was missed due to some reason, but instead of giving up, he continued to prepare. Vijay says that he cleared the TGT written exam six times and the PGT exam four times in different teacher recruitments.

According to school director Prashant Jain, Vijay Sharma was associated with the school from 2000 and 2003 and used to teach students regularly as well as prepare for competitive exams.

Vijay Kumar Sharma’s father, Laxman Singh, who became a government teacher at the age of 59, has also been a teacher. Vijay Kumar Sharma has five children.
